Do you charge to come out?
There's a diagnostic fee for repair visits, and Liberty Club members get 50% off it. Estimates for new systems are always free.
Do you handle emergencies?
Yes. No-heat and no-cool calls are answered 7 days a week, and Liberty Club members go to the front of the line.
Repair or replace — how do I decide?
If your system is over 12 to 15 years old, needs a major repair, or your bills keep climbing, replacing it often saves money. We show you both options side by side and never push.
Do you work on all brands?
Yes. We service every make and model of furnace, boiler, AC, heat pump and mini-split. For new installs we give you good, better and best options to fit your budget.
Can I switch from oil or propane to a heat pump?
Usually, yes. Cold-climate heat pumps work well in Bucks County winters. We size the system for your home and file your PECO, PPL or NJ Clean Energy rebate for you.
What is the Liberty Fund?
It's credit that builds up in your account every year you're a Liberty Club member: $25, $50 or $100 per system per year depending on your plan. When it's time for a new system, it comes off the price.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 0% APR for 12 or 18 months and longer-term plans with low monthly payments, with approved credit.
